U.S. Parts & Equipment Sourcing. Built for Global Buyers.
H&H Exports helps international buyers source industrial, technical, biomedical, agricultural, automation, mining, energy, medical-equipment, and specialized OEM requirements through established U.S. manufacturers and distribution channels.
From one manufacturer-specific replacement part to a complex multi-brand requirement, our U.S.-based team can coordinate sourcing, supplier communication, eligible order consolidation, commercial documentation, and worldwide export support.
Serving international industrial buyers since 1977.

Nearly five decades of international sourcing
Industrial brands available through U.S. sourcing channels
Multiple suppliers combined into one export-ready shipment
Documentation and logistics coordination for global buyers
One U.S. Partner for Complex International Requirements
International buyers should not have to manage a separate U.S. supplier, payment, shipment, and conversation for every manufacturer they need. H&H Exports investigates qualified multi-brand requirements through established U.S. sourcing channels and, when practical, combines eligible products under one commercial relationship — one quotation, one purchase order, one consolidated shipment.
This model may reduce fragmented purchasing activity, can simplify supplier communication, and can create consolidation opportunities on eligible orders. It does not guarantee availability, pricing, or lead time on any specific manufacturer part number — those are confirmed per requirement.
- Broad U.S. sourcing reach
Investigation through established U.S. manufacturers and distribution channels — not a fixed catalog.
- Multi-manufacturer RFQ coordination
Several unrelated U.S. brands and product categories investigated on a single RFQ.
- Eligible order consolidation
Where practical, eligible products can be coordinated into one export-ready shipment.
- Worldwide export support
Commercial documentation and international freight coordinated with the buyer's forwarder or an arranged carrier.

A U.S. Procurement Partner Built for International Transactions
International buyers are often asked to send advance payment across the world to a supplier they have never met. H&H Exports Company, Inc. was established in 1977 and operates as a documented U.S. commercial entity. Every engagement follows a repeatable commercial process rather than an informal exchange.
A formal H&H commercial quotation
Manufacturer, part number, quantity, commercial terms, and shipment basis are documented in a written quotation before an order is placed.
Identifiable H&H personnel
Order communication remains with H&H personnel using the hhexports.com domain. Supplier communication associated with an accepted order is coordinated by H&H.
U.S. receiving before international shipment
The majority of goods on accepted orders are received at a designated U.S. receiving location before international shipment. Direct manufacturer shipment may be used when more practical.
Export and end-use review
Product, destination, end use, and applicable restrictions are reviewed for each order as part of H&H's ordinary business, subject to U.S. export-control and sanctions requirements.
Coordinated documentation
Commercial invoices, packing lists, and requested certificates are coordinated according to the shipment, product, manufacturer, and destination.
Consistent business identity
Legal business name, U.S. mailing address, telephone number, hhexports.com email, and 1977 founding date remain consistent across the website.
Before You Place Your First Order
- 1. Submit the manufacturer, part number, quantity, and destination.
- 2. H&H investigates availability, commercial feasibility, and export eligibility.
- 3. H&H provides its commercial quotation and applicable terms.
- 4. The buyer issues its purchase order and completes the approved payment method.
- 5. H&H coordinates procurement, receiving or direct shipment, documentation, and export shipment as applicable.
- 6. Shipment and document details are communicated according to the accepted order.
This describes a typical workflow. It is not a guarantee of availability, export eligibility, delivery, customs clearance, or admissibility in any destination country.
Hard-to-find, obsolete, and multi-line requirements
Our work extends beyond standard catalog items. H&H routinely supports obsolete components, discontinued part numbers, specialized OEM equipment, replacement parts, and complex inquiries requiring coordination across several suppliers.
